The IPA Training Methode
Our curriculumsare specifically developed to provide graduates with thetechnical and practical skills,
and the knowledge essential for success in today‟s world of energy. Also, the curriculums we follow
and the software we utilize in training and actual work have all been utilized and proven by major
fluidscompanies and oilfield operators. Our training methods employ technical training, practical
applications,software study, program construction, and hands-on methods for students and
employees.
The IPA training scheme was developed for implementation into all of our training programs. It includes, but is not limited, to the following teaching methods:
Classroom discussions where in the trainer transfers information to the trainees
Open-forums wherein students can freely ask the facilitator anything and everything pertinent to the current topic
Workshops that provide the best opportunity for the transfer of expertise and skills among the participants
